Collaboration is Essential to Progress

Collaboration Across Research, Healthcare, Public Institutions, Patient Organizations, and Industry

At CIRCE, collaboration is essential to how we work. Women’s cancers are shaped not only by biology, but also by healthcare systems, social conditions, public policy, and everyday life. Addressing these challenges therefore requires collaboration across research, healthcare, public institutions, patient organizations, and industry.

CIRCE brings together researchers from multiple disciplines and works in close dialogue with healthcare providers, public agencies, and societal stakeholders. Through these partnerships, we aim to ensure that research questions are relevant, that findings can be translated into practice, and that new knowledge can contribute to better prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and equity.

We see collaboration not as an add-on, but as a core part of CIRCE’s mission. By working across sectors and perspectives, we can build stronger research, improve implementation, and create greater impact for women, families, and society.

Get involved

We welcome dialogue and collaboration with organizations and individuals who share CIRCE’s commitment

If you share CIRCE’s commitment to improving outcomes and equity in women’s cancers, please reach out to us. There are many ways to engage with CIRCE, from research partnerships and co-creation activities to events, communication, and implementation initiatives. If you are interested in collaborating with the centre, we would be glad to hear from you.

Healthcare providers and clinical networks

Work with us to translate research into better patient care. Together we can develop and evaluate new approaches to prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and survivorship while ensuring that research addresses real clinical needs.

Academic researchers and research infrastructures

CIRCE welcomes collaborations across disciplines, institutions, and countries. Help us bring together complementary expertise, unique datasets, and advanced research infrastructures to address complex questions in women’s cancer.

Public agencies, policy makers, and gov't actors

Evidence is essential for better decisions. We collaborate with public agencies and policymakers to generate knowledge that supports equitable healthcare, informs policy development, and helps improve cancer prevention, care, and long-term outcomes for women.

Patient organisations and advocacy groups

People affected by cancer bring perspectives that research alone cannot provide. We work closely with patients, survivors, families, and advocacy organizations to co-create research, identify priorities, and ensure our work reflects real-world needs and experiences.
